HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's in Denver is seeking an experienced RN for the Bone Marrow Transplant Outpatient Clinic.

You will oversee and coordinate care for hematology-oncology patients, administer chemotherapy/biotherapy, and educate patients and families about treatment and prognosis. The role requires an RN license in Colorado, ACLS/BCLS within specified timelines, and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Chemotherapy Provider card is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• One year of acute care experience required; Hematology-Oncology or BMT experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and health care team members.
• Ability to manage a team and work with others to ensure quality patient care.
• Strong critical thinking skills and compassionate, holistic care.
• ACLS within 6 months; BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• RN license in the state of Colorado.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate within 1 year of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and directs care of BMT or Hematology-Oncology patients in the Outpatient Clinic.
• Collaborates with all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Manages chemotherapy and biotherapy administration and manages treatment side effects.
• Provides patient and family education regarding diagnosis and treatment.
• Acts as ambassador for the bone marrow transplant program and communicates with physicians, payers, and the community.
