Kansas Health System is seeking a BMT Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to manage BMT patients in acute or specialty care settings within the Internal Medicine Department. The APP will diagnose, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating treatment plans, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliant documentation.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Hematology/Oncology specialty within the Internal Medicine Department manages health problems and coordinates health care, related to the BMT patient population in acute or specialty care settings. These APPs deliver patient care and medical services to individuals, families and groups by utilizing standards of care in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations to assess health status, diagnose medical conditions, develop medical plan of care, implement treatments and evaluate patient responses in collaboration with collaborative/sponsoring physician as described in a Collaborative Practice Agreement.

Basic Life Support Heartsaver (BLS HS) (Non-Clinical) - American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced practice certification required. APRNs may obtain within one year of date of hire; Specific certification may be required depending on specialty.
