Job summary

Veriipro in Glendale, Wisconsin is seeking a BMS Validation Engineer to develop and execute testing strategies for automotive ECUs and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) validation. The role focuses on validating embedded software and ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Battery Management System (BMS) ECU development and HiL validation.
• Expertise with Vector toolchain (CANoe, CANalyzer), dSPACE HiL, and embedded compilers.
• Knowledge of Microcontroller drivers and Application & Platform SW development.
• Proficient in CAN, LIN, and diagnostic protocols (UDS ISO-14229).
• Test automation and scripting using CAPL.
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR and test management tools (DOORS, JIRA, GIT).
• Good debugging, troubleshooting, and electronic lab skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate software as per ASPICE SWE.4–SWE.6 including Unit, Integration, and Qualification Testing.
• Develop, review, and execute software test strategies, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure traceability and effective defect lifecycle management.
• Support ASPICE audits and assessments.
