Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled BMS Service Engineer for a mobile role across the South of England. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on BMS and control systems, diagnose faults, configure controllers, and contribute to system improvements while building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BMS/Automation, strong fault-finding, good IT skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in BMS, Building Controls or Automation.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-facing service experience.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

We're looking for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join our team. This mobile role covers the South of England and offers the opportunity to work across a diverse customer base while developing your career with a global leader in smart building technology.

As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll provide expert service support, ensuring customer systems operate efficiently and reliably. You'll work independently and as part of a wider team to deliver maintenance, fault resolution and system improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in BMS, Building Controls or Automation
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Customer-facing service experience
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and participate in a callout rota
• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (desirable)
• Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys systems (advantageous)
