  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses and documenting outcomes.

Salary Range: $24.24 To $43.00 Hourly

The BMS Registered Nurse (RN) in this full-time, first-shift position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within a healthcare setting, specifically focusing on behavioral and medical support services. This role is designed to provide consistent nursing care without the demands of weekend or holiday shifts, promoting work-life balance while maintaining excellent patient outcomes. The RN will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Emphasis is placed on patient safety, effective communication, and adherence to clinical protocols to ensure optimal health and well-being. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
