A leading building automation company is seeking a BMS/EPMS Project Manager responsible for the complete delivery of projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of project management experience in construction, strong knowledge of BMS systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, technical oversight of BMS designs, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong background in BMS and control systems.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design reviews and ensure compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and manage project closeout.
