Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in construction or building services.
• Strong background in BMS and control systems.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities like data centers is a plus.
• Deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee BMS design reviews and compliance with specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and project closeout.
