Overview

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating front office activities of the resort and resolving any problems that arise from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and other unusual requests and inquiries. Responsibilities
  • Monitor team members and observe performances to ensure adherence to resort standards and procedures
  • Oversee and participate in the prompt check-in and check-out of guests
  • Answer questions or resolve issues related to guest accommodations and rates; assist in planning with guests and convention representatives
  • Control cash/credit functions through supervision
  • Train team members to meet expectations and provide excellent guest service
  • Resolve owner/guest complaints or problems
  • Maintain the appearance of the front office areas
  • Forecast arrivals, occupancy rates, and anticipate potential issues
  • Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
  • Serve as expediter on special projects
