Job summary

Bojangles @ Bluewater is hiring Crew Members to join our energetic team in a fast-paced environment.

As a Bojangles Crew Member you may work as cashier or cook, greeting guests, handling payments, explaining menu items, preparing and serving food, and helping maintain a clean dining area and kitchen. Training programs may be available to support growth.

Opportunities for advancement exist for reliable, enthusiastic team players.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in foodservice is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Accurately processing payments and handling change.
• Explaining menu items and answering customer questions.
• Preparing and serving food that meets Bojangles' quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area and kitchen as well as the outside of our Bojangles.
• Some roles may require the successful completion of Bojangles University (BO University) training to support skill development and operational standards.
