Job summary

BonnaVilla is seeking a finish flooring installer for on-site work in Aurora, Nebraska. You will prepare, lay out, and install carpet, carpet pad, and snap-lock flooring according to project specifications.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using power and hand tools, and ensuring accurate layouts. Experience with staples, nails, measuring devices, and related equipment is required. This role supports our modular home production capabilities in an on-site manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to layout product accurately based on blueprints.
• Construction experience and use of a wide variety of tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, layout and install carpet and carpet pad according to specifications.
• Read blueprints and production orders to lay out and build product accurately.
• Operate staple guns, nail guns, power tools, hand tools and measuring devices as required by the job.
• Install heat registers and cover carpet with plastic.
• Install door stops, wall type, and hinge mounts.
• Verify concept quotes and specifications for snaplock flooring.
• Remove wall vents, floor registers, and vent plugs to return to box.
• Remove patio door side jambs and label Left and Right.
• Scrape entire floor and sweep.
