Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred; 2+ years of construction experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to read specifications.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate deliveries, and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and scheduling subcontractors to ensure workflow.
• Maintain a clean jobsite and direct subcontractors.
• Assist in directing subcontractors to work efficiently and timely.
• Read and resolve issues from blueprints.
• Coordinate deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
• Help ensure budgets and schedules are met.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assist with pricing revisions and change orders.
• Uphold OSHA safety regulations and company values.
