Job summary

The Toro Company in Wisconsin is seeking welders for first shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $24.51 per hour. You will read blueprints, interpret 3D models, and ensure proper alignment and fit-up of parts according to blueprint specifications.

You will also inspect materials, weld components to spec, monitor the process, maintain equipment, and follow all 5S and safety guidelines in a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints and technical drawings.
• Demonstrates proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Follows instructions and quickly learns new skills and processes.
• Keeps safety regulations and PPE guidelines in focus.

Responsibilities

• Pass weld tests to demonstrate skill and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints and 3D models.
• Ensure proper alignment and fit-up of parts prior to welding.
• Inspect materials and structures before welding to verify quality.
• Weld components according to blueprint specifications and procedures.
• Monitor welding process and adjust equipment for optimal results.
