Southwest Economic Solutions seeks a qualified candidate to support industrial operations, reading blueprints and job orders, and using measurement tools to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. The role requires adherence to safety standards and strong teamwork.

The ideal applicant has experience with forklifts, jib cranes, and overhead cranes, plus the ability to interpret CAD/SolidWorks drawings and coordinate with others to complete tasks accurately.

Qualifications

• Understand and read blueprints and job orders
• Knowledge to read a tape measure
• Understand industrial safety procedures and always adhere to company safety standards
• Have good problem-solving skills, basic math skills
• Able to take directions, communicate with others, and complete tasks efficiently with a high level of quality
• Training and experience operating a forklift, jib crane, and overhead crane
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
