We are seeking a Foodservice Clerk for part-time work at W. Lee Flowers & Co, to provide excellent guest service in our Bluebird Kitchen/Deli/Bakery department. This role involves building guest loyalty and delivering a brand-aligned experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and interact politely and friendly with guests.
2. Prepare products for sale, including frying, cutting, slicing, baking, weighing, and pricing.
3. Maintain product quality, freshness, and stock levels.
4. Ensure sanitation standards are met in all areas.
5. Communicate guest requests and temperature issues to management.
6. Keep the supply area clean and organized.
7. Perform front-end duties to maintain guest arrival standards.
8. Announce specials and sales via PA system.
9. Assist with product receiving and storage.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
