Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Washington State seeks a Sales & Grower Support Representative to assist customers with plant orders, terms, and post-sale service. The role emphasizes technical product support, on-site evaluation, variety selection, and grower partnerships across WA and British Columbia.

You will work from a base near Bellingham with travel to farms, nurseries, and client sites. Strong communication, agronomic knowledge, and CRM accuracy are essential for success in this front-line

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Crop Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years in sales, technical, and customer service in an agricultural business, preferably blueberries.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of agronomic topics such as soil and water chemistry, plant nutrition, irrigation, and crop management.
• Experience building professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Independent problem-solving and clear written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative for customers, handling plant orders, terms, and other interactions leading to a successful relationship.
• Provide product support and technical assistance to commercial customers, including on-site evaluation and post-plant care guidance.
• Identify and develop new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Support licensees with technical product support and order facilitation.
• Record observations and activities in the CRM to track opportunities and customer interactions.
• Travel regionally 33–50% and occasionally internationally to meet customers and inspect operations.
