Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Blue Yonder TMS Consultant to grow our Fulfillment business by delivering BY Transportation solutions. You will lead end-to-end transportation workstreams, design future-state capabilities, and guide change management.

You will collaborate with Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, and IT teams to configure BY TMS, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive value for clients across industries. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise-level solution design with BY TMS or similar.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

Lead the workstream delivery of a customer's Transportation capability with cross-functional teams.
Lead functional design and integration of BY TMS, Transportation Planning and Load Builder.
Facilitate change management using industry best practices.
Design solutions to close gaps where out-of-the-box functionality lacks.
Serve as overall solution owner in meetings with PM, Technical Architect and customers.
Provide QA/design review, environment configuration, and testing support.
Coordinate with BY Support Services to ensure environment readiness and issue resolution.
Lead UAT and end-user training sessions as demanded.
Work with Cloud service team for transition to Steady State.
Support Sales cycles with discovery and solutioning for client needs.
Travel may be required from 0 to 100%.
