Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. seeks a seasoned Blue Yonder Functional & Technical Engineer to lead WMS implementations and integrations in a manufacturing setting.

You will serve as the expert for configuration, inbound receiving, inventory, and outbound fulfillment, coordinating with ERP/MES and other enterprise systems. You will gather business requirements, craft specifications, and drive testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare while actively training users and managing changes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Blue Yonder implementation experience.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations from requirements to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Blue Yonder WMS Functional and Technical SME.
• Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Blue Yonder WMS across warehouse and manufacturing operations.
• Configure receiving, put-away, inventory management, directed work, replenishment, picking, staging, loading, and shipping processes.
• Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications, technical documentation, and system workflows.
• Design and support integrations with ERP, MES, transportation systems, and warehouse automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, labor productivity, and warehouse performance.
• Lead system testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, upgrades, and production deployments.
• Coordinate with business teams, vendors, system integrators, and IT resources.
• Support user training, operational readiness, change management, and system adoption.
• Manage cutover, go-live, and post-implementation hypercare support.

Overview

Seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Functional & Technical Engineer to lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as the primary technical and functional expert, supporting warehouse operations from inbound receiving and inventory management through manufacturing integration and outbound fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Blue Yonder implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Blue Yonder WMS, including inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of receiving, directed put-away, inventory control, replenishment, picking, staging, loading, and shipping.
• Experience integrating WMS with manufacturing operations, work orders, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Experience integrating Blue Yonder with ERP, MES, warehouse automation, and transportation systems.
• Blue Yonder certifications.
• Previous experience as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
