TechSource, LLC. is hiring a mid-level multidiscipline security specialist to join a team performing multidisciplinary Blue Team assessment work for Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The role focuses on physical security, antiterrorism, insider threat, and counter-sUAS, with on-site work at the DTRA HQ. Qualified candidates have 2–5 years of security assessments and a solid understanding of DoD force protection.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of relevant experience conducting security assessments, managing security operations, nuclear site security, or military/federal law enforcement.
• Knowledge of DoD force protection and antiterrorism programs and requirements.
• Knowledge of access control procedures and physical security systems.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems designed to detect and assess intrusion.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30%, 6–8 trips per year).

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments of critical defense assets regarding a range of security operations.
• Provide expert advice on security management and operations to minimize or mitigate vulnerabilities and protect against insider threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members on assessment activities.
• Analyze, document and communicate weaknesses or deficiencies in security posture and related systems.
