Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience operating light to heavy equipment.
• 2+ years' experience in general construction; city/state/government experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Utah Commercial Driver License class A or obtain within 6 months.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must meet physical requirements and be self-motivated with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Locate utilities and mark positions using locating equipment.
• Read maps and drawings and assist City Electrician.
• Install and repair street signs and maintain streetlight systems.
• Coordinate with GIS team to update maps and document work.
