Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Blue Prism solutions.
• Architect scalable RPA frameworks and reusable components.
• Translate business requirements into automation workflows.
• Manage end-to-end RPA lifecycle (DEV → UAT → PROD).
• Implement exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms.
• Optimize BOT performance and ensure high availability.
