Job Description

We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. Under the guidance of a manager, you will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. This role offers opportunities for growth and the chance to ignite your passion for service.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities and ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
  3. Manage food storage, serving schedules, and ensure proper food handling following safety standards.
  4. Maintain a sanitary environment, accurate inventory, and prepare orders as needed.
  5. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor staff; promote teamwork and morale.
  6. Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety codes.
  7. Maintain equipment logs, complete safety and temperature logs, and perform preventative maintenance.
  8. Assist with equipment replacement and perform multitasking effectively.
  9. Support catering events, attend meetings, and communicate effectively with staff.
  10. Perform cashier duties if required and promote positive public relations.

Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
  • Completion of a sanitation course within the first year.
  • Knowledge of operating cost-effective programs and basic arithmetic skills.
  • Ability to maintain emotional control under stress and resolve interpersonal issues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
