GroundSystems is seeking dedicated Crew Members with a valid driver's license to join our Blue Ash team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality landscaping services, including mowing, planting, trimming, and general groundskeeping tasks using both hand and power tools.

If you have experience driving trucks and trailers and handling landscaping and snow removal equipment, we want you on our team!

• Landscaping and Groundskeeping

• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment

Job Requirements :

• Must be at least 20 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Basic English communication skills required (both spoken and understood)
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and always follow safety protocols
• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team
