Drybar is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting focused on blowouts. You will guide clients through product options, assist with transactions using our POS system, and contribute to a seamless in-store experience.

The role offers flexible hours, PTO, and opportunities for career growth, with ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast paced, customer service centric environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale Systems preferred.
• Salon/spa experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
• Ability to multitask with ease.
• Stand and/or walk for 6-8 hour shifts.
