Job summary

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia-Pacific company, is seeking a Helper to join the Marmaduke, AR facility. This role supports the operator to run the blown film line safely, efficiently, and in spec, helping with line changes and routine tasks.

The position requires basic manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and to work a 12-hour night shift in a high-volume environment. Opportunities to grow with the team are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or a minimum of three months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience using a computer, tablet or smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operator during Screen Change by threading the line, changing dull blades, and lacing the bubble.
• Assist Operator in separating the sheet, clearing wrap-ups, pulling and cleaning dies, screws, elbows, and other tasks as required.
• Help achieve standard blown film production rates with minimal scrap.
• Operate one winder of a Blown Film line to ensure quality film.
• Support safe operation of the Blown Film Line and communicate with the team.
• Perform tasks such as lifting up to 70 lbs, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, and pushing/pulling for long shifts in a loud environment.
