You will train across non-exempt production roles and provide coverage for absences while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in production and forklift experience, a GED or high school diploma, and the ability to work quickly, independently, and with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years production and forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machines per standards and ensure correct materials and codes.
• Operate forklift to move materials and finished goods.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and wear PPE.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production reports.
• Provide coverage for other warehouse positions as needed.
