Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance team member in Deerfield Beach to operate and maintain Blowmold and Auto Pack equipment. You will monitor machine performance, recording temperatures, pressures and speeds, while ensuring quality checks on weights, necks and leaks.

Responsibilities include unloading railcars and assisting elsewhere as needed. The role requires flexibility for shifts, strong attendance, and teamwork within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must demonstrate GMP compliance.
• Must demonstrate safe working habits.
• Must obtain forklift license.
• Must lift in excess of 20 pounds frequently.
• Must learn and perform all positions.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good attendance and punctuality.
• Must communicate effectively.
• Must be a team player.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Starting, shutting down, monitoring and adjusting Blowmold machines and related equipment.
• Running Blowmold and Auto Pack machines and associated equipment.
• Monitoring and recording all machine functions: temperatures, pressures and speeds.
• Maintaining quality aspects such as weights, neck, weak spots and leak checks.
• Unloading railcars and loading/unloading bottle trailers.
• Other duties as assigned.
