Qualifications

• Prior blow molding experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run blow molding machinery to produce plastic bottles, managing heat and pressure settings.
• Inspect finished containers for defects using visual inspections and leak detectors.
• Monitor raw materials and ensure consistent production flow.
• Perform minor maintenance, clean molds, and follow safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve basic machine errors (air pressure issues, jams, etc.).
• Perform complex machine setups and adjustments to the extruder, mold, and trimmer.
