Job summary

bXperts is seeking a skilled Blow Molding Specialist to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize blow molding equipment in a fast-paced production setting. You will focus on bottle quality, minimize downtime, and support maintenance activities to keep lines running smoothly.

In this role you will perform preventive maintenance, run high-speed blow molding runs, conduct hourly quality checks, and implement quick-changeovers while communicating across shifts to ensure seamless production and continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating blow molding equipment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of blow mold components and related systems.
• Experience in bottling, beverage, packaging or plastics environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Blow Molding Specialist to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize blow molding equipment within a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on ensuring bottle quality, minimizing downtime, and supporting maintenance activities to keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and complete work orders

Safely operate, troubleshoot, and optimize blow molding machines

Support and respond to unscheduled downtime on production lines

Monitor and adjust processes to ensure bottle quality and resolve defects

Conduct hourly quality checks

Execute preform and bottle changeovers

Support maintenance activities, including component rebuilds and repairs

Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure continuity

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating blow molding equipment
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting blow mold components (e.g., t-arm, spindle, blowing valves)
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments (bottling, beverage, packaging, plastics)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts
