Job summary

Accelera's Windsor, WI manufacturing facility is seeking Blow Molding Machine Operators to oversee equipment performance, assess product quality, and keep the production floor orderly and safe.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with respective hours and hourly pay of $20, $21, and $22. Responsibilities include operating blow molding equipment, inspecting items for defects, trimming excess material, labeling and packing, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior background in a production or machine operation setting is highly desirable.
• Capacity to adhere to directions and maintain safety standards within a factory setting.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure that all output consistently meets quality benchmarks.
• Physical capability to remain standing for long durations and execute repetitive motions.
• Ability to handle and lift production materials and finished goods as necessary.
• Reliable punctuality and a commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
• Capacity to function effectively both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Process plastic components by removing excess material and trimming as necessary.
• Prepare goods for distribution or subsequent manufacturing phases through labeling and packing.
• Communicate any mechanical malfunctions or production obstacles to the appropriate team members.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and operational standards to protect yourself and others.
• Support the broader manufacturing team by assisting with various tasks as requested.

Our manufacturing facility in the Windsor, WI area is looking for reliable, driven individuals to serve as Blow Molding Machine Operators. You will be responsible for overseeing equipment performance, evaluating product quality, and ensuring the production floor remains orderly and secure.

Schedule Options

1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: Saturday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Compensation

1st shift: $20 per hour

2nd shift: $21 per hour

3rd shift: $22 per hour
