Job summary

Pretium Packaging, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mold/Setup Technician for the C shift (6:00am–6:00pm) on site in Bethlehem, PA. You will prep, install, and calibrate molds and tooling for plastic extrusion and blow molding, troubleshoot production issues, and adjust machine parameters to meet quality and throughput goals.

You'll perform mold maintenance, set up changeovers, and document maintenance activities in our CMMS.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with blow molding machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift molds and perform manual tasks.
• Proficient with reading technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and preventive maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Mold maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and lubricating molds and cores.
• Installing, aligning, and removing molds for production changeovers.
• Setting up blow molding equipment and adjusting process parameters.
• Identify and fix production issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Record production data and maintain maintenance logs in CMMS.
• Provide technical training to maintenance team and collaborate with other teams.
