Job Description

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated Blow Molding Machine Operator for a company in Houston, TX. The primary responsibilities include maintaining machine operation during shifts, producing items that meet specifications, and emphasizing safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 pm – 7:00 am (training during daytime hours required)

Responsibilities

• Ensure machine safety and GMP compliance
• Understand and document bottle quality requirements
• Maintain production efficiency and manage scrap levels
• Communicate effectively about machine, process, and quality issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• Perform color changes and minor preventive maintenance
• Conduct quality inspections and record data
• Handle mechanical and process troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Knowledge of blow molding processes, machinery, and materials
• Strong safety, attendance, and job performance record
• Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently
• Knowledge of plant procedures and equipment
• Technical skills are a plus
• Background check and drug testing required
