Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Process Engineer III to lead the planning and implementation of new production lines. You will coordinate with project managers to select platforms and processes for new products, diagnose and troubleshoot production issues, and guide junior process engineers.

You will also train blow mold operators, apply statistical methods to analyze processes, and work with plant leaders during transfers of new processes to production.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Blow Mold Manufacturing Experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma.
• GMP, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Awareness & Intervention.
• Analytical mindset and problem solving in manufacturing.
• Creating learning environments and influencing others in process systems.
• Preferred: Engineering degree and experience building teams, PM/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of new production lines.
• Coordinate with project managers to select platforms and processes for new products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve production process issues.
• Provide support and guidance to junior process engineers.
• Foster compliance with laws, guidelines, and Guiding Principles.
• Consult on business process engineering and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support development of new products and processes for plastic forming.
• Assist cross-functional implementation and manage outsourced projects.
• Apply a common process methodology across re-engineering efforts.
• Work with plant leaders during transfer of new processes to production.
• Plan experiments and analyze data to define process parameters.
• Provide upgrades to process controls and apply statistics.
• Develop resolutions to routine problems and meet timelines.
• Participate in reviews of product and mold designs.
• Train blow mold operators and equipment mechanics.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
