Job summary

Altium Packaging—Baltimore plant is seeking an Operator to run blow-mold machines and support equipment on a 12hr-B shift in Baltimore, MD. The role includes troubleshooting process problems, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring adherence to GMP practices to maintain production efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience; AS degree preferred. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold machines to produce quality bottles and perform quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold equipment and support systems.
• Adhere to quality control procedures and blow mold process specifications.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment changes.
• Prepare and document daily production reports including rejects and line efficiencies.
