Carolina Canners, Inc. is seeking a Blow Molding Operator to run and maintain blow mold machines for beverage bottles, ensure quality, and support production changeovers. You will perform basic troubleshooting, document downtime, and help keep the line running safely and efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and literacy skills, and the ability to use a forklift if needed. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success on the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must possess basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Must have understanding of plant machinery.
• Ability to operate a forklift if position requires.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow mold machines to produce beverage bottles.
• Ensure product quality through inspections and tests.
• Assist in production, packaging, and flavor changeovers.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Maintain daily records of downtime and operations.
• Tag and control preform boxes and verify correct packaging.
• Adjust recipes/processes for variations in preforms or environment.
• Inspect equipment for wear, defects, and safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with team and maintenance staff.
• Follow GMPs and maintain sanitary handling of products.
