Job summary

Amcor in TrueSdale, MO is seeking a Blow Mold Operator onsite to operate and troubleshoot Sidel blow mold machinery, ensuring high-quality finished bottles and meeting production volumes.

You will start up and shut down equipment, monitor quality, record production data, follow GMP/HACCP standards, and communicate issues to maintenance. Prior blow molding experience and ability to work all shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Requires prior blow molding and processing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Able to recognize numbers and enter data into an online system.
• Visually distinguish color variations and defects.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow mold machines and maintain production processes.
• Start-up and shut down machines as needed.
• Meet production schedules and document production data.
• Identify quality defects and adjust processes to meet specs.
• Record scrap and run counts in the computer system.
• Communicate equipment issues to maintenance promptly.
• Follow GMP/HACCP and safety rules; perform housekeeping.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
