Job summary

Altium Packaging in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold/PET/injection molding lines and supporting equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure products meet quality standards.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, a High School diploma or GED, and completion of our Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days. You’ll follow GMP, safety policies, and document daily production activity.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• Blow mold experience is preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks; monitor line performance.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; wear PPE and maintain clean work area.
• Prepare daily production reports including rejects, regrinds, and line efficiency.
• Assist with minor maintenance and escalate issues as needed.
