Job summary

Altium Packaging is hiring a Machine Operator in Tracy, CA to operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding equipment and support the production line. The role requires basic math and computer skills, plus blow-mold experience, with a 90-day training window after hire.

You will adhere to GMP requirements, maintain safety practices, and help drive continuous improvement across the plant while ensuring product quality and proper labeling of bottles.

Qualifications

• Blow mold experience is required.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Completion of Altium Training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process issues and perform minor maintenance.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Document daily production reports and line efficiencies.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; monitor material inventory.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks; escalate issues as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the plant.
