Job summary

Purity Dairies, Inc. seeks a skilled Blow mold machine operator for the 1st shift in Nashville, TN. You will maintain, set up, break down and troubleshoot equipment while ensuring GMP compliance and timely production.

This role offers competitive pay at $24.50/hour, 401(k) with company contribution, paid vacation and holidays, and growth opportunities within a farmer-owned cooperative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and in a wet environment.
• Flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow mold machine and perform setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Process finished or raw materials following GMP.
• Communicate with other departments to meet daily deadlines.
