Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy seeks a skilled Blow Mold Operator to run and maintain blow molding lines, set up equipment, and troubleshoot basic issues while ensuring GMP and safety standards. The role involves processing finished or raw materials and coordinating with other departments to meet daily production deadlines.

You will monitor lines, operate bagger/debagger stations, and document data to drive quality and throughput improvements. Competitive pay and strong internal career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass all pre-employment drug screening, background and criminal checks.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment and in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.

• Document information per SOPs and communicate with other departments.
• Analyze process data to improve quality and throughput.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety requirements.

Meadow Gold Dairy has immediate job openings for well-versed Blow Mold Operatorsto perform an array of functions including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. Machine operators will be responsible for processing finished or raw materials, while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments and meeting daily deadlines.

COMPENSATION/SHIFT

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles
• Operate bagger and debagger stations
• Troubleshoot and implement minor repairs of blowmold equipment
• Train others on blowmold operations
• Maintain open communication with other departments, management, and employees to notify of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict efficiency
• Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s
• Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot
• Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
