Lifetime Products Inc. is seeking Blow Mold Machine Operators to join our team in Mascot (Knoxville), Tennessee. We are currently hiring for 2nd & 3rd shift positions only.

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating extrusion blow molding machines to produce large plastic parts for water sports and outdoor recreation products such as kayaks, canoes, paddle-boards, and other products. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration across departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Setup and operate blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Install molds and tooling.
  • Perform changeovers, adjustments, and preventive maintenance as needed to support production schedules.
  • Make lean process recommendations and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Good mechanical aptitude, computer skills, attention to detail, and experience with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of automated machinery. Plastics processing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret reports, safety rules, manuals, and business documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills involving multiple variables.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to climb stairs and work at heights above machinery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Valid Tennessee driver’s license and forklift certification required; must have a clean MVR.
  • Overtime, including Saturdays, and on-call availability are required.
