Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a customer-focused, compassionate individual to drive an American Red Cross vehicle to pick up, deliver and store blood products and lightweight materials along an assigned route or as needed. You will also perform additional transport or loading duties to support ARC Blood Services.

As a team member, you will interact with internal and external customers in a positive, proactive manner and provide basic information.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and compassionate approach required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Drive an American Red Cross vehicle to pick up, deliver and properly store products and other lightweight materials following an assigned route or as-needed basis.
• Perform additional transport or loading duties to support ARC Blood Services.
• Interact with customers in a positive, proactive manner and provide basic information as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly.
