Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Driver Donor Specialist to perform donor suitability assessments and assist in the collection of blood and components in compliance with cGMP, FDA and AABB standards. The role includes donor recruitment, education and coordinating maintenance of the bloodmobile.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Florida driver's license, BLS certification, and basic computer skills, with at least 1 month of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 month – donor center/lab/medical setting experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license; DMV check.
• BLS certification required.
• Basic computer knowledge: PC use, document creation, data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assess donor suitability and perform blood collection per FDA/AABB/cGMP standards.
• Recruit and educate donors; document maintenance and QC activities.
• Operate and maintain the bloodmobile; ensure safety and compliance.
• Schedule, perform, and document all phases of collection procedures.
