Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Rosemont, IL to support donor product manufacturing. You will operate in the laboratory handling component production, labeling, data entry, and record review to ensure quality and compliance. Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm with occasional weekends.

Base wage: $18.37–$19.88 per hour depending on experience. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, tuition assistance, paid time off, and life/AD&D insurance.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• No Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data records and documentation.
• Prepare blood components through processes such as centrifugation, separation, freezing, thawing, washing, storage, sterile docking, transformation, and filtration.
• Ensure product quality, volume, appearance, and time requirements.
• Conduct labeling for routine and special components and implement quarantine procedures.
