Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A valid driver's license with good driving record; Class E license required where applicable.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and tolerate long hours.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors and explain the impact of their donation.
• Create a welcoming environment to encourage donors to return.
• Maintain detailed, accurate procedures to meet regulatory standards and safety.
• Operate and assist with mobile drive setup; may drive Red Cross vehicles.
