Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Donor Services Phlebotomy team. You will perform donor registrations, screenings, physicals and phlebotomy while providing donor care throughout the donation process.

This full-time position offers 30–39 hours per week with varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends, plus competitive benefits and opportunities to train.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with the public.
• Stable work history is preferred.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid drivers license in your state of residence and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals and phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
• Collaborate with Donor Services Phlebotomy team to ensure smooth operations.

As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process.
