We're seeking an experienced, relationship-focused, compassionate, disciplined, and insightful executive to oversee our Amarillo operations and to help advance our mission as the Donor to Patient Lifeline. In directing staff, strong aptitudes for motivating people and developing talent are required. Good communications and interpersonal skills are must haves, as are strong organizing skills, process orientation, project execution, and proactive energy. Impeccable character and uncompromising integrity are foundational.

About the Role

As the Amarillo Center Executive Director, you will lead regionwide efforts to recruit blood donors, enlist drive sponsors and volunteers, and oversee the efficient collection, storage, and delivery of blood products. This highly visible leadership position combines community engagement with operational leadership in a fast-paced environment where commitment, creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the heart of our endeavors. You will have responsibility for multiple departments performing complex tasks under rigorous regulatory oversight. The job will never be dull, and its impact will always be essential.
