Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in medical technology, biology, chemistry or related science.
• 1-2 years generalist experience; supervisory or lead tech experience preferred
• State, NCA or ASCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule, and direct department operations.
• Provide technical oversight and process improvement to ensure accurate test performance and quality.
• Ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance with documentation.
• Manage inventory and training of staff.
• Review quality control data and audit readiness.
