Job summary

Cumberland – a DRW Company, based in Chicago, is seeking a Blockchain Strategy Analyst to join our blockchain product development team. You will translate business needs into product requirements and develop strategies to expand our customer base and market presence on the Canton Blockchain.

You will work with product managers and engineers to design, develop and deliver technology solutions, conduct market research, and build economic models for strategic partnerships while prioritizing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing and translating business needs into product requirements.
• Familiarity with data systems and software development practices.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to drive results across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Strategic thinking to synthesize requests with industry trends.
• Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Strong financial modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations across operations and technology.
• Assist BD and management with strategic growth opportunities and economic model design for partnerships.
• Work cross-functionally to assess feasibility of new initiatives and design processes to support them.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design, develop and deliver best-in-class technology solutions.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify needs and trends.
• Communicate requirements, domain knowledge, and big-picture concepts to technical teams.
• Act as liaison between DRW stakeholders and engineering to resolve issues on new initiatives.
• Ensure that technology implementations meet stated business requirements and priorities.
