Our Chief Information Security Officer reports directly to the CEO, emphasizing the importance of security at the highest organizational level.

We are seeking someone enthusiastic about Web3 and blockchain technology. The candidate should have hands-on experience in writing smart contracts (DApps) and ideally staking on various blockchain networks. This individual will serve as a key resource for the broader Crypto.com team regarding blockchain network expertise. As new blockchains are created or introduced weekly, the candidate is expected to research and understand their technical workings and wallet integration features.

Responsibilities

1. Understand DApps and deploy/maintain/monitor smart contracts on Solana/EVM networks
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of supported blockchains and in-depth knowledge of select ones
3. Research new blockchain technologies supported by the organization
4. Stay updated on software upgrades and critical blockchain changes
5. Share blockchain and DApp knowledge with internal teams including Engineers, DevOps, Sales, Product Managers, and Customer Success
6. Troubleshoot and triage blockchain-specific alerts and issues

Requirements

1. Strong client service skills in fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic environments
2. Experience supporting applications in 24/7 operational settings
3. Good knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, protocols, and their interactions with DApps
4. Hands-on experience running blockchain nodes, writing smart contracts, staking, governance, and bridges
5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Solidity, JavaScript, Node.js, Python
6. Experience owning and maintaining technical documentation
7. Attention to detail with an analytical mindset
8. Ability to adapt to varying work conditions
9. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
