Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Security Engineer to help deliver blockchain security services, including security consulting, reviews, auditing, verification of smart contracts, and pentesting. You will work with the security team to expand offerings and stay ahead of emerging threats.

The ideal candidate has specialist cybersecurity knowledge, hands-on auditing experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients in English while juggling multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security, CS, Math, Physics or Engineering.
• Ability to triage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Specialist-level knowledge of cybersecurity and security auditing; can write and deploy smart contracts and write tests.
• Familiar with attack vectors such as reentrancy, sandwich attacks, overflow/underflow.
• Ability to communicate with clients and internal teams in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end security services including consulting, reviewing, auditing, verifying, testing, and delivering security assessments for blockchain systems.
• Conduct manual code reviews across Solidity, Golang, Rust or other languages.
• Develop threat models and attack surfaces for blockchain protocols.
• Design and execute security tests including property-based testing and gas-related analysis.
